Now available: FRITZ!Box 3370Increased WLAN coverage and speed: The now available FRITZ!Box 3370 combines the possibilities offered by WLAN N technology with the range of features you’ve come to expect from FRITZ!Box. Thanks to improved WLAN coverage and throughput of up to 450 Mbit/s, wireless home networks are now set to become both larger and faster – with a series of technical innovations ensuring significantly more robust data transfer.
In conjunction with the integrated VDSL/ADSL modem and four gigabit Ethernet ports, the new FRITZ!Box constitutes the ideal platform for demanding data applications such as IPTV, video on demand and media streaming.
Increased WLAN coverage and speed
The new FRITZ!Box 3370 offers increased coverage and speed.
Furthermore, you can choose between the 2.4 GHz band and the generally far-less-used 5 GHz band. The WLAN connection comes factory-secured thanks to individual preconfigured WPA2 encryption. The WLAN N standard with 450 Mbit/s is downward-compatible with the previous N standard (300 Mbit/s) and WLAN 802.11b, g and a.
Everything in one device: VDSL, ADSL, media server, gigabit Ethernet, USB ports
The FRITZ!Box 3370 brings together a host of features in a single device. These include a VDSL and ADSL modem, an integrated media server, four gigabit Ethernet ports and two USB ports for connecting network devices such as printers or external hard drives. You can access any movies, music and images stored on your media server in a matter of seconds from anywhere in the network – even when the computer is switched off.
The FRITZ!Box 3370 is therefore the ideal platform for network applications such as IPTV, video on demand and media streaming. iPhones and Android smartphones can also be connected with the FRITZ!Box via WLAN, and used to make phone calls over the Internet.
